About the Role

As a Trust Analyst within the Mitra team, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of the platform by monitoring and analyzing transactions to identify fraudulent activities and mitigate risks. You'll provide insights and work with internal teams to strengthen fraud prevention strategies, requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.

Job Description

• Monitor and analyze transactions to detect fraudulent activities, suspicious patterns, and potential risks in Mitra Business.
• Investigate fraud cases by reviewing data, identifying root causes, and recommending corrective actions.
• Develop fraud prevention strategies by collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance security measures and trust policies.
• Respond to fraud alerts and escalations in a timely manner, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
• Utilize data analytics tools to track fraud trends, assess vulnerabilities, and improve risk detection models.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies related to fraud, risk, and trust management.
• Educate and train partners and internal teams on fraud awareness, mitigation techniques, and best practices for maintaining platform integrity.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Able to create clear reports and dashboards for fraud trends and risk insights.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• High attention to detail in identifying irregularities.
• Effective cross-functional communication and teamwork.
