As a Treasury Staff, You Will

• Manage daily cash activities, including monitoring bank balances and transactions, preparing daily cash positioning, and administering payment transactions.
• Provide supporting data for short-term cash flow forecasting and maintain regular updates on actual cash flow movements.
• Conduct daily bank reconciliations, verify payment documentation, and execute payment controls in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Tax, Account Payable, and Account Receivable/Sales teams to ensure accurate and complete cash-related information.
• Prepare regular cash reports and supporting analysis for management review.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of cash management, liquidity, and short-term cash flow forecasting.
• Understanding of banking administration, payment instruments, and deposit and financing products.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in bank reconciliation and payment verification.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, with experience using ERP systems and internet banking platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, for data processing and reporting.
