Bank Financing Staff

Reporting Line: Financing Manager

Location: Indonesia

Responsibilities

English:

1Assist in preparing, organizing and submitting bank financing documents, including credit applications and supporting financial materials;

2Collect and organize data related to market liquidity, macroeconomic indicators, interest rates and capital markets, and conduct basic analysis;

3Assist in monitoring foreign exchange market trends and relevant regulations, supporting FX risk management activities;

4Support cross-border financing activities, including daily communication and document coordination with domestic and overseas banks and financial institutions;

5Assist in maintaining day-to-day relationships with banks and financial institutions, supporting financing execution and post-financing documentation;

6Perform other financing and treasury support tasks as assigned by the Financing Manager.

Requirements

1Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, International Trade or related fields;

2Have experience in financing, banking, finance or treasury;

3Fluent in English (spoken and written) as a working language for professional communication;

4Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint;

5Detail-oriented, responsible, eager to learn, with good communication and teamwork skills
