Treasury Manager - Crypto

We are looking for a Treasury Manager to own treasury operations and strategy at Stockbit Crypto. You will manage our currency exposure and internal pricing, source liquidity from institutional partners, and decide how our working capital is deployed across assets and venues to keep trading uninterrupted without leaving money idle. This is a hands-on, decision-making role with direct impact on the profitability of the exchange — and you will be building the function, not maintaining someone else's.

Responsibilities

• Manage the cost of acquiring foreign currency and stablecoins used to pre-fund liquidity providers
• Set and maintain the internal FX conversion rates between retail IDR pricing and USDT execution pricing
• Run hedging to manage currency exposure between order placement and settlement
• Manage relationships with local and global OTC desks, liquidity providers, and banking partners
• Monitor market rates and execute institutional-size currency and stablecoin purchases
• Decide how operational capital is allocated across IDR, USD, USDT, and other digital assets, and across bank accounts, custodians, and liquidity providers
• Forecast cash flow with Finance for launches, pre-funding, and other major operational needs
• Work with Compliance and Settlement Operations to meet regulatory custody and reserve requirements
• Set treasury policy, exposure and counterparty limits, and reporting on positions and P&L
  
  

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in treasury, FX, money markets, or a trading/dealing desk
• Experience at a regulated financial institution — bank, securities company, exchange, multifinance, payments, or remittance
• Experience managing treasury across more than one asset class and currency at the same time (IDR plus foreign currency at minimum)
• Experience setting FX rates or spreads, not only executing them
• Working knowledge of hedging instruments used in Indonesia: spot, forwards, NDF, swaps
• Experience negotiating with banks, brokers, or OTC desks
• Strong cash-flow and liquidity forecasting skills
• Able to make decisions quickly in a fast-moving, regulated environment
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  
  

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in crypto or digital assets, or understanding of how crypto settlement, stablecoins, and custody work
• Familiarity with Indonesia's digital asset regulations under OJK
• Experience setting up a treasury function from scratch
• CTP, CFA, or equivalent certification
