PT Arnott&aposs Indonesia is a multinational company with brand Good Time and Nyam Nyam. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly engaged and passionate Treasury Accountantplaced in Bekasi.
Key Responsibilities:
- General ledger daily process for monthly finance reports, month end process and maintenance on reporting procedures
- To prepare journals for daily related transactions, monthly (accrual) journals, and to review/ensure they are accurate, properly recorded based on Indonesia GAAP, complete and conducted in a timely manner
- To regularly prepare and update manual (excel) spreadsheets of various accounts to support details and movements of certain accounts (prepayment, accrual, etc)
- To conduct a daily and weekly posting and ensure that transactions are properly uploaded into the system
- To assist Tax and Accounting Manager in conducting a monthly reconciliation and reporting
- To assist in intercompany payment settlement and reconciliation by providing details of transaction/tracing to supporting documents and have a complete and accurate supporting transaction recording
Job Specification (Knowledge Skills & Abilities)
- Bachelor degree from Accounting, Economy, Finance.
- 3-4 years working experience - experience in public accounting firm will be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Accounting
- Attentive to detail, strong in numbers, proactive and self-motivated
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadline for closing and reporting
