Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Product & Marketing role based in Badung. The role involves designing and managing travel products, including private tours, group programs, and luxury holiday packages throughout Indonesia. Daily tasks include creating detailed itineraries, coordinating travel logistics with suppliers, and ensuring that services meet quality and budget requirements. The role also requires developing and executing marketing campaigns, preparing promotional materials, managing online content, and supporting digital marketing efforts to grow brand awareness and bookings. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with operations, sales, and partner networks, while providing product information and support to customers and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management for leisure and group travel programs
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients, partners, and internal teams
- Experience with Business Travel coordination and understanding of corporate travel needs
- Knowledge of Indonesia's key destinations, cultural highlights, and tourism trends
- Experience in travel product development and marketing, including content creation and campaign support
- Proficiency with office and online tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, reservation systems, and social media platforms)
- Ability to work on-site in Badung, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant education in Tourism, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian and additional languages is an advantage
