Travel Officer

How can you support us Here are below your responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end business travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and travel itineraries.
2. Verify travel requests, prepare required travel documentation, and coordinate with employees, vendors, and travel agencies.
3. Handle travel schedule changes, cancellations, refunds, and travel-related issues.
4. Ensure travel bookings comply with company policies and approved budgets while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
5. Maintain travel records, prepare travel cost reports, verify travel reimbursements, and support vendor payment processes.
6. Build and maintain good relationships with travel vendors and provide support for company events, guest visits, and business travel activities.

What are we looking for

1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any discipline (Tourism, Hospitality, or Travel Management is preferred).
2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Travel Officer, Corporate Travel Consultant, or similar role.
3. Experience managing domestic and international corporate travel arrangements.
4. Familiar with travel booking platforms and websites; experience with GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is an advantage.
5. Good understanding of travel regulations, budgeting, reimbursement processes, and vendor management.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
7. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
8. Detail-oriented, customer-focused, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team
