Travel Consultant

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Surabaya. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing expert travel consulting services, assisting clients with reservations, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning process. The Consultant will also handle travel management tasks to optimize client experiences.

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Reservations
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of travel industry tools and technologies is an advantage
• Experience in designing customized travel itineraries is a plus
• Ability to work in a collaborative and team-oriented environment
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a bonus
