Transport Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Plan and optimize transportation routes to achieve maximum efficiency and significant cost savings.
• Track and monitor all shipments to ensure accurate and timely deliveries to customers.
• Act as a liaison with vendors and customers to resolve operational issues such as delivery delays, damaged goods, or missed shipments.
• Ensure strict adherence to all transportation regulations and safety standards during the transit process.
• Oversee the preparation and management of all shipment-related documentation, including Delivery Notes and other support files.
• Partner with departments such as Vendor Management (VM), Finance, and Operations to align vendor services with customer requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in any major, preferably in Management or Transportation Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in International Freight Forwarding; experience with shipping and project cargo.
• Experience in Trailer & Sea Freight and strong knowledge of ocean transport management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willing to be based in Kuningan, South Jakarta (WFO).
