Ensuring the capacity plan is well-executed by operations
Supporting project implementation through monitoring and controlling field execution
Properly documenting every issue found that causes planning inaccuracies

Requirements:

Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any relevant field.
1 year of experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets including basic formulas.
Willing to work in a shift-based work environment.
Possess good communication skills, both verbal and written.
