Job Role:
The Translator & Administrative Assistant (Chinese-Indonesian) will support the company by providing accurate translation and documentation assistance, particularly for technical, contractual, and project-related materials used in architectural and engineering projects.
The person will be closely working with the General Manager, providing accurate and professional spoken and written translation between Chinese and Indonesian for company documents, contracts, emails, and internal materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate technical documents between Bahasa Indonesia, English, and/or Chinese.
- Support multilingual meetings by providing interpretation services and assisting with on-site translation for visiting clients and external stakeholders.
- Assist management with daily administrative tasks, including schedule coordination, meeting arrangements, and document preparation.
- Support preparation of reports, correspondence, and presentations.
- Assist project teams during meetings and coordination with foreign stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Language, Communication, or related fields.
- Experience Level: Minimum 4 years in translation or documentation roles, with experience in administrative responsibilities.
