ABOUT JOB:
We are seeking an experienced Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Expert to support the planning, design review, and implementation of large-scale urban development projects integrated with public transport systems. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership on TOD strategies, land use planning, urban regeneration, mobility integration, and stakeholder coordination to maximize the social, economic, and environmental benefits of transit investments.
The TOD Expert will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, government authorities, transport agencies, urban planners, architects, engineers, and developers to ensure the successful delivery of sustainable, transit-focused urban development initiatives.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Lead the development and review of Transit-Oriented Development strategies and masterplans.
- Evaluate land use, urban design, transportation, and mobility integration opportunities around transit corridors and stations.
- Advise on TOD policies, planning frameworks, zoning regulations, and development guidelines.
- Conduct feasibility studies, market assessments, and development potential analyses.
- TOD Development Plan along the Alignment
- Master planning and functional positioning along the alignment.
- Land survey around stations.
- Proposal for land use planning and intensity around stations.
- Proposed TOD development models for key stations.
- Integrated Analysis of Development Benefits
- Comprehensive assessment of expected socio‑economic, environmental, and transport benefits resulting from TOD development along the alignment.
- Review urban design proposals, masterplans, and development concepts to ensure TOD compliance.
- Support project development, implementation strategies, and investment planning.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Transportation Planning, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in Transit-Oriented Development (TOD), urban planning, or integrated transport-oriented urban projects.
- Proven track record in metro, railway, transit hub, airport city, or large-scale mixed-use developments.
- Strong knowledge of TOD frameworks, land use planning, urban design, mobility integration, and development economics.
- Ability to engage effectively with public authorities, developers, and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
- Strong communication and technical reporting skills in English.
