Job Scope:
This role leads and manages transformation and strategic initiatives ensuring project delivery with strong governance, project planning, integrated execution, and performance tracking and drive measurable business outcomes that is defined as part of project objective and commitment.
It provides central leadership across strategic project portfolio and program management, orchestrating cross-functional collaboration (Customer, Health, Agency, Technology, and beyond), ensuring regulatory compliant delivery, and driving continuous improvement—serving as a key partner to senior leadership in accelerating organizational transformation
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic transformation programs and projects across Customer, Technology, Health, and Agency functions, ensuring effective planning, execution, governance, and benefit realization.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration for digital and technology initiatives, partnering with Business and Technology teams to ensure successful implementation, go-live readiness, and adoption of key platforms and AI-enabled solutions.
- Support customer and growth transformation agendas by coordinating workstreams, managing dependencies, and enabling seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
- Lead agency and distribution transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment across Agency, Customer, and Technology functions while delivering productivity, growth, and governance objectives.
- Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement, leveraging OPEX frameworks, performance management tools, analytics, and structured methodologies to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Build organizational capability and execution discipline through coaching, knowledge sharing, performance management, and the promotion of strong ethics, risk management, compliance, and accountability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Professional certification in Project/Program Management (PMP, PRINCE2), Agile, OPEX, or Change Management is highly desirable.
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in transformation, enterprise PMO, strategy execution, or program management roles.
- Strong track record leading large, cross‑functional, multi‑year initiatives.
- Proven experience managing technology‑enabled and regulatory‑sensitive programs.
- Experience operating in complex, regulated organizations is strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of transformation governance, portfolio management, and program delivery frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of risk, dependency, and escalation management at enterprise level.
- Familiarity with digital transformation, customer initiatives, and data‑driven performance management.
- Understanding of OPEX, continuous improvement, and execution excellence practices.
- Awareness of compliance, ethical standards, and regulatory delivery in large organizations.
