Job Description

1. Strategy Execution & Transformation Delivery

  • Lead end‑to‑end planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation initiatives across multiple business units.
  • Translate enterprise strategy into clear project roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Ensure initiatives deliver targeted value (financial, operational, customer experience).
  • Drive adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.

2. Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Lead and coach a team of transformation specialists, providing guidance on methodologies, problem solving, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Conduct regular reviews to monitor progress, remove blockers, and ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Support team development through training in Lean, Agile, design thinking, data-driven decision-making, and change management.

3. Stakeholder & Change Management

  • Work with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to align priorities and secure business commitment.
  • Manage communication, change readiness, and adoption plans for each transformation initiative.
  • Facilitate workshops, discussions, and decision-making forums with business units and executives.

4. Governance, Reporting & Insights

  • Maintain project dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics for transformation programs.
  • Ensure initiatives adhere to governance frameworks, risk management, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide progress reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management steering committees.

5. Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions supported by data and industry best practices.
  • Champion digital transformation and automation opportunities in collaboration with IT and data teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Min of 8-10 years of experience inleading projects, or relevant business experience
  • Preferable to have some experience / certification on: Project Management Skill / Process Improvement skill: Lean Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, Design Thinking, Agile
  • Excellent stakeholder management with all level
