We are looking for a Transfer Pricing Documentation Specialist to support the preparation of transfer pricing documentation, including preparing initial working papers, summarizing and processing financial and affiliated transaction data, conducting economic and business analyses, and assisting in the preparation of Master Files and/or Local Files.
Job Description:
- Prepare initial working papers in accordance with the team's templates for transfer pricing documentation assignments.
- Summarize financial statements, affiliated transaction information, and other information provided for the purposes of transfer pricing documentation.
- Conduct analyses of economic and business activities for industry analysis purposes.
- Summarize and process raw data for use in further analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of Master Files and/or Local Files, either partially or comprehensively, for various types of transactions and clients.
- Translate documents from Indonesian to English and vice versa.
- Assist with the printing of transfer pricing documentation.
- Support other activities within the scope of transfer pricing documentation as assigned by the mentor, including searching for information on tested companies and comparable companies, completing information required by the mentor, and conducting preliminary research on the availability of market data.
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Applied Bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting, or Taxation.
- Internship experience in transfer pricing is preferred. Candidates without prior internship experience are also welcome to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to respond quickly.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiar with the basic format of financial statements.
- Basic proficiency in English, particularly in reading and writing.
