TRAINING SUPERVISOR
- Responsible for Training Need Analysis (TNA), training schedule, training implementation and training evaluation
- Ability to design an effective sales training program
- Develop training modules and activities
- Conduct end-to-end training program (for sales)
- Monitoring and evaluating sales performance
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree
- Have 2 years of experience as a trainer/sales trainer/ similar role in beauty industry
- Able to work on the team and independently
- Good analytical thinking, communication skills, and presentation skills
- Able to communicate well, Creative, and have a good personality
- Proficient in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Willing to work at Cikupa - Tangerang
