Qualifications

- Coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow across teams.

- Support the sales team in achieving targets, including managing client relationships and follow-ups.

- Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for internal and client use.

- Plan, organize, and facilitate training sessions/workshops for clients (mandatory: prior experience in training delivery).

- Work closely with clients to identify training needs and ensure effective program execution.

- Monitor inventory levels and assist with procurement processes when required.

- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, professional support.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall business operations.

- Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to strengthen sales strategies.

- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on client activities and internal performance for management review.

- Travel to various locations to support and coordinate company initiatives as needed.

Requirement

- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related fields.

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in training and sales

- Must have experience in conducting training sessions, workshops, or client education programs.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams.

- Ability to prepare sales reports, forecasts, presentations, and data analysis accurately and professionally.

- Strong administrative and operational coordination skills.

- Experienced in handling customer inquiries and maintaining good customer relationships.

- Fluent in english both written and speaking.
