Job Description
Support implementation of people development and learning initiatives Assist in training facilitation, workshops, and learning sessions (classroom, virtual, blended) Coordinate training logistics, schedules, venues, materials, and participant communications Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and learning content Maintain learning records, attendance, and feedback in LMS or HR systems Support learning administration, reporting, and documentation Coordinate with internal trainers, facilitators, and external vendors Assist in coaching, mentoring, and talent development activities Ensure adherence to learning policies, procedures, and quality standards Provide day-to-day operational support to the People Development / L&D team
