Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training and Quality Manager located in Semarang. The Training and Quality Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, monitoring team performance, and ensuring service quality standards are met. The role includes identifying training needs, conducting employee assessments, maintaining quality metrics, and collaborating with various departments to improve processes and overall customer satisfaction. The individual will also be responsible for analyzing data and providing actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Training Design, Implementation, and Evaluation
• Strong proficiency in Quality Assurance, Performance Monitoring, and Data Analysis
• Knowledge of Employee Development, Coaching, and Mentoring strategies
• Familiarity with Industry Standards, Process Optimization, and Compliance Requirements
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms would be an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or related fields is preferred
