Trainer for English Teacher

This is a contract on-site role for a Trainer for English Teachers located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions and workshops to enhance the teaching methodologies of English teachers. Key duties include developing training materials, providing feedback on teaching practices, and assisting educators in improving language instruction techniques. Collaboration with school coordinators and teachers to address specific educational needs will also be a part of the role.

• Strong expertise in English language instruction, including teaching methodologies and lesson planning.
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs, workshops, and educational materials.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with educators.
• Ability to assess teaching practices, provide constructive feedback, and recommend improvements.
• Capability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning environments and requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, TESOL, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in training educators or teaching English as a second language is an advantage.
