Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Trainer Desk Collection, based in Yogyakarta. The role involves conducting training and development activities for team members, designing and delivering instructional content, and ensuring continuous skill enhancement for optimal performance. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with customer service goals and supporting team efforts to achieve key performance indicators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in training, education, or a related field
• 1 year experience as Trainer Desk Collection is preferred
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Expertise in Training, Training & Development, and Instructional Design
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
• Ability to organize and manage training programs effectively
• Relevant prior experience in a training or customer service role is an advantage
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
