- Support team in designing and maintaining data management in training process and mass hire onboarding journey
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve team's KPI
- Provide business with data driven suggestions to improve operations continuously
- Support training team by compiling and conducting data analysis related to agent's training journey, including but not limited to: Pre-Training, During Training, Post-Training.
- Analyze dipsticks, scrubbing, and observations made by trainers
- Visualizing results of data analysis through reports, dashboards, and presentation decks.
- Collecting, managing, and analyzing Trainer's KPI Data
- Support execution of training team projects by providing means for monitoring and result analysis
- Create automation and streamline processes using data
- Create Initiative using AI and Automation for Trainer & QA Feedbacker Team
- Minimum education S1
- Minimum experience 1 year in e-commerce or Start-Up Company
- Have good analytical skills, can think critically, and can work independently or in a team
- Have the ability to understand the context of training and present findings contextually to support action trainers
- Mastering Windows, Microsoft, and Google applications
- Mastering formulas and functions in Excel/Gsheet
- Have experience using the SQL programming language
- Have Experience Using AI Tools / Automation
