Lead the strategy development, planning & supervise execution of trade marketing activities across all stores nationwide
Ensure in-store collaterals, POSMs, signages, etc under trade marketing and retail activations in store delivered on time, in line with brand guidelines, and delivers objective

Oversee marketing and trade marketing related readiness for all new stores, in line with brand guidelines, and delivers objective

Ensure all required internal and external signages are installed accurately and on schedule
Coordinate with relevant departments to align timelines and execution requirements to be delivered on time in full agreed budget
Manage end-to-end POSM planning, production, distribution and maintenance
Ensure availability and proper deployment of both regular and campaign POSM across stores
Implement Structure processes to manage requests, approvals, and replacements
Act as the main trade marketing liaison with brand, creative, digital in marketing, and also other relevant departments outside marketing
Align execution priorities and resolve operational challenges through effective stakeholder coordination
Ensure clear communication and documentation of decisions and execution plans
Develop and improve SOPs, timeliness, and SLAs for trade marketing activities
Monitor Execution progress and compliance across stores
Provide regular reporting on trade marketing performance, issues, and improvements
Lead, guide, and develop junior trade marketing team
Set clear roles, priorities, and execution standards
Build team capability to ensure consistent and scalable execution
Identify opportunities to improve in-store visibility and execution effectiveness
Recommended enhancements to retail activation and signage based on store-level insights
Drive improvements in efficiency, quality, and execution consistency

Bachelor degree in any related field
Min. 10 Years of working experiences
Has experiences working in FMCG industry
Strong understanding of trade marketing principles within a multi-store retail environment
Knowledge of in-store marketing execution, including POSM, signage, and retail activations.
Experience in store opening and rollout execution, including soft opening and grand opening support.
Understanding of POSM lifecycle management (planning, production, distribution, installation, and maintenance)
Ability to work effectively with multiple departments and senior stakeholder
Comfortable working in ambiguity and changing timeliness
