Create monthly Promotional Plan & Program for GT & MR Pharmacy/non pharmacy outlet
Create outlet trade promotion program such as special discounts, reward, blind bonus & cashback
Plant, Create & negotiate branding program for GT & MT outlet
Manage marketing budget especially for sales conversion
Monitor the success of promotion program and creating iteration/improvement plans
Plan & execute a launching/go to market plant of new product/brand distribution
Together with sales, create& end consumer promotion program to ensure strong demand/sell out
Together with SPG & Events Spv, find negotiate, manage & execute direct selling & sponsorship event with communities, sports club, HCP organization, mall, running/sport competition
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, pharmacy or related field
Min 7 years of experience in Consumer Health/OTC Pharmaceuticals Industry as Trade Marketing and or key Account Manager
Proven ability to work cross-functionally
Proven track record of negotiating new products listing in pharmacy retail chains
Proven track record of negotiation and dealing trade marketing program with pharmacy retail chains i.e K24/Watson/Guardian such as branding, SPG Placement, event & refraction/price slash
Experience in e-commerce dan CRM functions are a plus
