Job Description:

  • Create monthly Promotional Plan & Program for GT & MR Pharmacy/non pharmacy outlet
  • Create outlet trade promotion program such as special discounts, reward, blind bonus & cashback
  • Plant, Create & negotiate branding program for GT & MT outlet
  • Manage marketing budget especially for sales conversion
  • Monitor the success of promotion program and creating iteration/improvement plans
  • Plan & execute a launching/go to market plant of new product/brand distribution
  • Together with sales, create& end consumer promotion program to ensure strong demand/sell out
  • Together with SPG & Events Spv, find negotiate, manage & execute direct selling & sponsorship event with communities, sports club, HCP organization, mall, running/sport competition

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, pharmacy or related field
  • Min 7 years of experience in Consumer Health/OTC Pharmaceuticals Industry as Trade Marketing and or key Account Manager
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally
  • Proven track record of negotiating new products listing in pharmacy retail chains
  • Proven track record of negotiation and dealing trade marketing program with pharmacy retail chains i.e K24/Watson/Guardian such as branding, SPG Placement, event & refraction/price slash
  • Experience in e-commerce dan CRM functions are a plus
  • Data analytic and excellent execution mindset
  • Agency management experience
  • Willing to be placed at South Jakarta
