As a Trade Marketing Manager, You Will
- Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, sales growth, and market share.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Brand Marketing, and NPD to ensure trade initiatives align with business priorities.
- Monitor and analyze STM vs sell-out performance, ROI of trade activities, and market intelligence for continuous improvement.
- Manage and control trade marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and cost efficiency.
- Lead planning and ensure execution of in-store visibility, merchandising, and promotional campaigns in line with brand objectives.
- Lead and mentor the trade marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance reviews.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of experience in trade marketing or sales, with at least 2–3 years in managerial level (preferably in FMCG, beauty, or consumer goods).
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret sales & market data into actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with consumer & shopper-centric approach.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
