Trade Marketing Executive
Job Description
- Manage promotional activities, product visibility, and replenishment for B2B channels.
- Act as the Person in Charge (PIC) for Non-Key Modern Trade channels and follow up on partners needs and activities.
- Propose and execute promotional programs in accordance with the monthly plan and approval from the Head of B2B.
- Identify opportunities for promotional programs, advertising support, product bundling, and sales support based on partner performance and business needs.
- Coordinate visibility and Point of Sales Materials (POSM) requirements with partners and the Design team, from initial requirements to implementation.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment based on sales data, Stock on Hand (SOH), and store visit findings.
- Monitor and evaluate promotional program performance to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for further improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of B2B, Sales Operations, Warehouse, Finance, Design, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of all programs and activities.
Job Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, Business Development, Key Account Management, Modern Trade, or a related field.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks or accounts simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and Microsoft PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Basic ability to interpret and analyze sales data to identify business opportunities.
- Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care, Retail, or Modern Trade industries is an advantage.
- Willing to work fully on-site (WFO).
