Compawnion is Indonesia's leading fresh dog food company driven by love and science. With our goal to change the landscape of the pet food industry, we would like to partner with you as Trade Marketing Executive in this movement.

Responsibilities:

• Implement activation program on Offline Channel.
• Mapping and profiling customer.
• Design and create program for promotion.
• Manage POSM and merchandising.
• Manage event and community, collaborate with Sales & Marketing strategy
• Doing competitor analysis and market insight.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Merchandising roles, preferably in FMCG or Pet Food company.
• Have relevant experience in handling event and community.
• Strong understanding in brand management and sales strategy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with sales and partners.
• Creative, initiative, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Love to work in the area or outside the office.
• Willing to work at Alam Sutera Tangerang with hybrid working arrangement.
