We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Township Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and long-term management of a prestigious township development. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high service standards, driving community engagement, and enhancing the overall value of the township.
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, a strategic mindset, and proven experience managing large-scale property or township operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serving as the primary liaison and trusted advisor to clients on township management and asset performance.
- Leading township operations, including estate services, infrastructure, security, housekeeping, landscaping, and community facilities.
- Driving asset value, operational excellence, and service quality across the managed premises.
- Overseeing service providers and ensuring compliance with agreed KPIs, budgets, and contractual obligations.
- Managing stakeholder relationships with residents, tenants, authorities, and community representatives.
- Identifying opportunities for asset enhancement, cost optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory, governance, safety, and sustainability requirements.
- Leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional operational and client outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Property Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in township management, property management, estate management, facility management, or integrated mixed-use developments.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of township operations, infrastructure, utilities, security, housekeeping, landscaping, and community management.
- Experience in budget management, contract administration, and vendor management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willingness to be actively involved in operational and community matters.
