Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join us as a Tour Consultant - Sales Executive. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta. As a Tour Consultant - Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with customers, promoting and selling tours, and coordinating with partners to deliver excellent travel experiences. You will also provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and support clients in planning their trips to ensure their satisfaction and trust in WEBUY.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Sales acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, manage leads, and convert prospects into customers
  • Organizational and planning skills to handle logistic arrangements and ensure seamless travel experiences for clients
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and using digital tools to enhance sales efforts
  • Knowledge of the travel, e-commerce, or food industries is a plus
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to solve problems and address concerns promptly
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a collaborative mindset
  • A degree in Travel, Tourism, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
