Tour Consultant

Company Description We are a growing travel agency specializing in curated holiday packages to Asia and Europe. Unlike traditional travel agencies where the sales team has to constantly hunt for clients, we have built a strong digital marketing engine. We generate high-quality inbound traffic daily, so our team can focus entirely on what they do best: consulting and closing deals.

Role Description We are looking for a solid Tour Consultant who knows how to turn a WhatsApp inquiry into a booked trip, elegantly. You won't be doing any cold calls.

Here is what your actual workflow looks like:

• The Traffic: Our marketing team provides up to 2,000 inbound WhatsApp leads per month. Your job is to manage this flow.
• The Consultation: Talk to the clients. Figure out what they need (e.g., are they bringing kids Seniors Need a relaxed itinerary).
• The Closing: Recommend the best Asia/Europe packages and guide them to close the deal without using aggressive or pushy hard-selling tactics.
• The Report: Wrap up your progress, track your closing rate, and submit a straightforward weekly sales report.

Qualifications To succeed in this role, you need to be a smart worker rather than just a hard worker.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the travel industry, specifically in sales or tour consulting.
• Strong understanding of closing rates and how to effectively convert warm leads.
• Excellent written communication and persuasion skills via WhatsApp.
• You are a problem solver. You listen to clients and give them travel solutions, rather than just copy-pasting PDF brochures.
• Highly organized and comfortable handling high-volume chats daily.

The Package & Benefits We make selling straightforward and highly rewarding for the right person:

• Base Salary: IDR 5,000,000 - 6,000,000 / month.
• Performance Bonus: Up to IDR 10,000,000 / month based on your closed deals.
• Coverage: BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan included.
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid working model (1 day WFH per week).
