Overview

The Total Rewards Manager is responsible for shaping compensation, benefits, and recognition strategies that align with our global philosophy while meeting local market needs. This position ensures competitive, equitable, and compliant reward programs that drive talent attraction, engagement, and retention. This role will be responsible to handle several markets to advise on C&B matters.

Responsibilities

What you will be responsible for:

Compensation Strategy & Management

  • Develop and maintain competitive salary structures and pay practices.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitiveness.
  • Manage annual compensation review cycles, including merit increases, bonuses, and incentives.
  • Provide guidance on job evaluations and grading.

Benefits Administration

  • Design and oversee employee benefits programs (health, insurance, retirement, wellness).
  • Evaluate vendors and negotiate contracts to optimize cost and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Performance & Recognition

  • Support incentive plan design and administration.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor compensation and benefits trends and provide insights to leadership.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for HR and business leaders.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
  • Maintain documentation and audit readiness for compensation and benefits programs.

Qualifications

What you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in compensation and benefits or total rewards.
  • Working experience in FMCG industry will be preffered
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and global reward practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Excel; experience with compensation tools is a plus.
