Job Requirements

• Minimum education of Senior High School/Vocational High School or equivalent, preferably with a background in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Experience in maintenance, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), or equipment management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Good technical knowledge of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), electrical systems (high and low voltage), mechanical systems, and hydraulic systems.
• Good understanding of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment improvement.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, leadership, and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, with good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with teams and related departments.

Job Description

• Coordinate the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs to maintain equipment reliability, availability, and performance in line with established targets.
• Supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring that maintenance work is carried out according to schedules, standards, and applicable procedures.
• Analyze equipment breakdowns and downtime, including identifying root causes and determining appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor and analyze Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and propose improvement initiatives to enhance equipment effectiveness and efficiency.
• Guide and supervise TPM/Maintenance team members in carrying out maintenance activities, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and equipment improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate equipment and improvement projects, including planning, progress monitoring, implementation, and evaluation of project results with relevant departments.
