Toshiba Branch Manager (Surabaya)

We are seeking a Toshiba Branch Manager to lead and oversee the overall performance of our Surabaya branch. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, managing branch operations, developing the sales team, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction while achieving business targets.

Job Description:
1. Manage daily branch operations and ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
2. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while driving business growth.
3. Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to improve productivity and performance.
4. Manage account receivables, company assets, and branch operational budgets.
5. Identify new business opportunities through channel and product expansion.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure excellent service and long-term partnerships.
7. Prepare reports and perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales, Branch Management, or a related leadership role.
3. Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis.
6. Able to work under pressure and achieve business targets.
7. Good command of English, both written and spoken; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
