We're Hiring: Supply Chain Management Staff
Location: PT Torrecid Indonesia – Bekasi, Indonesia

We're looking for a proactive, analytical, and driven individual to join our team as part of the
Supply Chain Management (SCM) Division—a role that covers
Sales Administration, PPIC, Purchasing, and supply chain administration functions to ensure effective coordination of customer orders, production planning, inventory management, procurement, and operational activities.

Your Role Will Include
- Manage and coordinate supply chain activities, including sales administration, production planning, purchasing, inventory control, and related administrative tasks.
- Ensure accurate processing and documentation of customer orders, purchase orders, inventory records, and operational reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments, customers, and suppliers to support smooth operations and timely execution of business requirements.
- Monitor demand, production schedules, material availability, and inventory levels to ensure efficient supply chain performance.
- Support process improvements, data analysis, and KPI reporting to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in:
- Business Administration
- Industrial Engineering
- Management
- GPA ≥ 3.20 / 4.00
- Graduation year: 2023 – 2026
- Fluent in English
- Able to maintain accuracy in data, documentation, and operational processes.
- Able to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
- Able to manage multiple tasks, organize activities, and meet deadlines effectively.
