We're Hiring: Process Staff
Location: PT Torrecid Indonesia – Bekasi, Indonesia
Part of the Global Torrecid Group

We're looking for a proactive, analytical, and driven individual to join our team as a
Process Staff—a role responsible for managing production planning, coordinating daily operations, improving processes, and ensuring production targets are achieved efficiently.

Your Role Will Include
- Plan and monitor daily production schedules to achieve targets while ensuring SOP compliance.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Delivery, Quality Control, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify and solve production issues to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
- Support production process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor production performance and prepare monthly and annual KPI reports.
- Maintain production area cleanliness and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in:
- Chemical Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- GPA ≥ 3.20 / 4.00
- Graduation year: 2023 – 2026
- Fluent in English
- Strong project management & negotiation skills
- High initiative, resilience, and passion for hands-on work
- Interest with human relation and communication
