Toll Traffic Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily toll road traffic and security operations to ensure they comply with SOPs and safety standards.
• Ensure the readiness and responsiveness of field operators (patrols, towing, support units, incident and accident handling).
• Oversee the condition and security of toll road assets (signs, safety fences, CCTV and safety facilities).
• Control and monitor the effectiveness of operational communication systems (call center, information center and incident reporting).
• Prepare traffic and security operational reports, including evaluating compliance with SOPs and SLAs.
• Identify potential operational risks and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate with external parties (Police, Transportation Agency, Fire Department and related agencies).

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, Transportation or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in traffic, security or toll road operations.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
• Understanding of risk management, operational SOPs and occupational safety.
• Willing to work shifts and in emergency conditions.
• Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) 2, Tangerang Regency.
