Job Description

Overview:

As Time and Scheduling Deployment Lead, you will own the testing and delivery of T&S new tools during the deployment to INDONESIA factories. This role should work in close collaboration with Global Process Owner for Time and Scheduling and Global Deployment Leads, supporting the deployment of our Global Templates and successful completion of the project.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Support the development One Best Way for these processes including alignment on resources, structure, technology and processes templates that will drive global consistency on the way we operate for INDOENSIA factories.
  • Build detailed Business Requirements Documents and make sure that our process and technology can ensure an efficient operation and deliver on the metrics defined for project success.
  • Build and deliver change and deployment plans making sure that they happen on time, in full, within budget and with no disruption to our operations.
  • Ensure effective testing of the new technologies and adoption of new Key Behavior Indicators for our INDOENSIA factories.
  • Liaise with global COEs and technology teams to drive integrated solutions and collaborate with appropriate partners on policy harmonization and continuous improvement initiatives related to Pay and Time processes.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators and metrics to measure the effectiveness of process improvements and track progress.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, master's degree or relevant certification preferred.
  • Deep functional expertise in Scheduling and Time & attendance global processes and ideally production planning and site management.
  • Exceptional experience in problem solving and continuous improvement to support the constant changes and needs of our business
  • Understanding on the local labor law, labor costing and business acumen in the factory
  • Strong project management skills

This position is a project-based role and will cease to exist once the project has been completed
