Job Description

TopFoxx is a fast-growing, women-owned DTC eyewear brand known for innovative, problem-solving sunglasses and bold product design. We've grown a global customer base and a combined social community of over 250,000 followers, powered by founder-led storytelling, product innovation, and a highly engaged audience.

We are looking for a highly strategic and revenue driven TikTok Shop expert who can scale and manage a large, high performing affiliate network. This role is part time to start, with the opportunity to grow into a full time leadership position based on performance.

Your mission is simple, but demanding. Build, activate, and retain a large base of profitable TikTok Shop affiliates. Not vanity volume. Real revenue. Real conversions. Consistent posting activity. Disciplined performance management.

You must deeply understand influencer behavior, affiliate psychology, conversion triggers, and what makes creators actually sell. You know how to convince, nurture, retain, and motivate creators using gifting only. No paid placements.

This role requires strong marketing judgment, systems thinking, and obsession with results.

Core Responsibilities

Build and scale a profitable TikTok Shop affiliate network, targeting thousands of active monthly posting affiliates.

Work toward building 5,000+ monthly active affiliates who post consistently, with weekly posting minimums and many posting every other day.

Prioritize quality over volume by focusing on affiliates who organically drive sales, not just accept gifts.

Manage large scale gifting pipelines while staying disciplined on profitability, margin, and conversion performance.

Retain, activate, and re-engage affiliates so they continue posting month after month.

Track all outreach, communication, gifting stages, status, and performance inside structured CRM tracking.

Build playbooks, SOPs, and scalable process documentation as the program grows.

Keep leadership and the marketing manager updated on performance results, trends, risks, and platform changes.

Ensure the program grows profitably by reviewing commissions, costs, promos, discounts, and overall margin impact.

TikTok Live and Scheduling

Build daily and weekly scheduling for TikTok Live affiliates to ensure continuous live coverage.

Identify high impact live sellers and help coordinate setups, coupons, promos, and performance campaigns.

Maintain ongoing posting pipelines and collaboration cycles with top performing affiliates.

Performance Tracking and Reporting

Keep all performance data organized, measurable, accurate, and actionable.

Stay fully up to date on TikTok Shop Seller Center rules, features, and growth mechanics.

Track key metrics such as GMV, conversion rate, refund rate, affiliate posting frequency, and revenue contribution.

GMV Growth and Listing Optimization

Help grow and optimize GMV with a focus on profitable revenue growth.

Identify and test promotional opportunities such as bundles, time limited offers, and creator exclusive coupons.

Monitor product performance inside Seller Center and recommend listing, pricing, or creative adjustments.

Help maintain catalog accuracy, availability, and listing quality across all active SKUs.

Work with leadership to analyze costs, fees, discounts, and returns as they relate to TikTok Shop performance.

Flag risks, opportunities, or sudden platform shifts that may impact operations or revenue.

Partnership and Strategy Expansion

Support special partnership opportunities such as influencer collaboration products and co created campaigns.

Identify new niches, strategies, and programs to expand and strengthen the affiliate ecosystem over time.

Optional. Provide light secondary support on Instagram or similar affiliate driven channels.

Requirements

Proven experience growing and managing TikTok Shop affiliate ecosystems at scale.

Deep understanding of TikTok Shop Seller Center, listing setup, commissions, fulfillment flow, and creator tools.

Experience managing large affiliate pipelines and high volume gifting programs.

Strong strategic marketing skills and understanding of what actually converts.

Excellent communication and persuasion skills to motivate creators to post consistently.

Experience working in a gifting only affiliate model with profitability goals.

Ability to design systems, build SOPs, and maintain structured CRM records.

Strong analytical mindset with KPI ownership and revenue accountability.

Self driven, proactive, and adaptable to constant platform changes in real time.

Type of Role

Part time to start, with the opportunity to grow into a full time role based on performance and results. If looking for Full time only can be an option as well.

100 percent remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere and save time on commuting or travel.

Paid holidays and paid time off included after the initial ramp and evaluation period.

Compensation is based on experience and performance, with potential for future bonuses as the program scales.
