We're seeking for aTicketing Travel Staffwho could handle complex ticketing, and deliver a seamless booking experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end ticketing processes for domestic destination.
- Operate GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Citos) for reservations, issue ticket, and changes.
- Manage changes, cancellations, and reissues in compliance with airline and company policies.
- Ensure timely and accurate record to support throughout the booking process.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
- 24 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role in an OTA, wholesaler, or agency.
- Strong knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Citos) and booking engines.
- Familiarity with travel products and destinations in Indonesia.
