Responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining the Third Party Risk Management framework to ensure that risks arising from third party relationships (vendors, service providers, outsourcing partners) are properly identified, assessed, mitigated, monitored, and reported in accordance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and the Company's risk appetite.
Job Description
- Framework & Governance Develop, implement, and continuously enhance the TPRM framework, policies, and procedures.
- Third Party Risk Assessment Act as the second line of defense in overseeing third party risk management practices, Identify key third party risk and review the risk assessment that is conducted by First Line Units.
- Third Party Lifecycle Management Oversee third party risk across onboarding, due diligence, contract execution, monitoring and termination. Perform monitoring on remediation activities and corrective action plans.
- Establish KRIs and monitoring mechanisms and prepare periodic risk reports for Management and Committees.
- Stakeholder and Cross Functional Coordination Coordinate with the Business and Support Unit and provide advisory support on third party risk matters.
- Awareness and Continuous Improvement Promote third party risk awareness across the organization and continuously improve practices based on audit findings and regulatory developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, Law, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years experience on Risk Management or Third Party Relations or Vendor Management
- Experience in regulated industries is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
