AYANA Midplaza Jakarta is seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our wellness team and provide exceptional spa treatments tailored to our guests needs. This role requires delivering high-quality therapy services to ensure a memorable and relaxing experience for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Perform various spa and therapy treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies according to established protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment areas and equipment
- Conduct guest consultations to assess their individual needs and recommend suitable treatments
- Manage appointment scheduling and client records accurately
- Promote spa products and services to guests and provide post-treatment advice
- Work collaboratively with the wellness team to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Therapist in a reputable spa or wellness center
- Certified in relevant spa therapy and wellness courses
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
- Diploma or certification in hospitality, beauty therapy, or related fields is preferred
- Mastery of diverse massage techniques
- Physical stamina and body mechanics
- Eager to learn new skills and knowledge
- Exceptional customer service and personal hygiene
- Preferably for Male Therapist
