Description:
The Testing Coordinator – OCPT (Operation Center Product Testing) is responsible for coordinating and monitoring product testing activities to ensure all footwear products meet company quality standards before release. This role oversees fit tests, wear tests, and testing documentation while collaborating closely with Production, QC, and related departments to support product quality improvement and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise daily testing activities, including Fit Test and Wear Test
- Ensure all testing processes comply with company standards, SOPs, and flow charts
- Plan and organize testing schedules according to production priorities and deadlines
- Monitor, evaluate, and document testing results accurately and systematically
- Identify, track, and report product defects, bonding issues, and rejected cases
- Collaborate with Quality Control, Production, and related departments to resolve testing-related issues
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding testing activities and findings
- Ensure testing samples, equipment, and supporting tools are prepared and available
- Maintain proper documentation and support internal or external audit activities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing effectiveness and efficiency
- Act as Person in Charge (PIC) for all OCPT testing operations
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and operational procedures during testing activities
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Engineering, Industrial Management, Quality Management, or related fields
- Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Good time management skills and able to work under tight deadlines
- Experience in product testing, quality control, or manufacturing industries is an advantage
- Familiar with testing procedures, documentation systems, and reporting processes is preferred
