Initiate outbound calls (often including cold calling) to prospective clients or contact existing customers to promote products/services.
Answer inbound calls from customers interested in products or services.
Effectively present and explain product or service features and benefits to prospects.
Close sales deals over the phone to meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales quotas.
Look for opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products to existing customers.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
Able to speak in Thai.
Strong English proficiency (minimum B1/B2 level).
Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or in a similar sales/customer service role is often preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Awareness of current affairs in relevant markets/countries.
Team player with strong engagement, maturity, and analytical thinking.
