Textile Pattern Designer

What you'll do:

• Create and develop textile motifs (batik & prints) based on product briefs
• Develop repeat patterns, placement, and scaling variations
• Prepare production-ready files in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Lay out motifs for production markers and apply them to product mockups
• Research motif, color, and visual trends
• Work with Product Development and Production teams to ensure motif and color accuracy on fabric samples

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Textile Design, Product Design, DKV, or a related field
• Experience creating motifs for women's products
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop
• Understanding of repeat patterns and marker layout
• Knowledge of batik and printing production techniques
• Portfolio of motif designs (repeat pattern samples and mockups are a plus)
• Creative, meticulous, and able to meet deadlines
