Experience- 7 to 10 Years
- Candidate Must have experience in Defect governance or triage management.
- Expertise in Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools.
- Conduct daily defect triage meetings.
- Database testing Prioritize defects based on business impact and severity.
- Drive defect lifecycle governance and SLA adherence.
- Coordinate with Development, Testing, Product, and Business teams.
- Track defect leakage, aging, and closure metrics.
- Facilitate RCA discussions and preventive actions.
- Publish defect dashboards and governance reports.
- Support release readiness assessments.
- 7-9 years of testing experience.
- 3+ years in defect governance or triage management.
- Strong understanding of defect lifecycle management.
- Banking and Digital Banking experience.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
