Job Description:
- Must have 34+ years of Life Insurance domain experience.
- Strong understanding of Insurance Product Lifecycle and Policy Lifecycle
- Deep knowledge of end-to-end life insurance processes (Product Setup, New Business, Underwriting, Policy Issuance, Policy Servicing, Claims)
- Hands-on experience in Product Launch and Policy Servicing modules.
- Apply strong understanding of Digital testing concepts (UI, API, mobile, workflow engines, STP/STP-break, integrations, user journeys).
- Lead a team of testers (210 depending on project) and allocate tasks, review progress, and unblock team members.
- Mentor junior testers and ensure consistent delivery standards.
- Prepare and publish daily/weekly test status reports, dashboards, metrics, and quality KPIs.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work under tight timelines with ownership mindset.
- Eye for detail and strong documentation discipline.
