Job Description
As a Territory Sales Manager (IAB), your main responsibilities will include:
- Drive sales growth and market penetration for the IAB Therapy portfolio within the assigned territory.
- Develop strategic relationships with cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, intensivists, cath lab teams, and hospital management stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across public and private healthcare institutions.
- Support product evaluations, clinical demonstrations, and customer education programs to ensure successful product adoption.
- Collaborate with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to enhance therapy awareness and clinical utilisation.
- Manage tender opportunities, forecasting activities, and territory planning to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to inform commercial strategies.
- Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experience and sustainable business growth.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical business practices.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Territory Sales Manager (IAB) Should Have
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Business, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience within medical devices, with exposure to cardiovascular, critical care, cath lab, ICU, or cardiac surgery segments preferred.
- Strong clinical aptitude and ability to engage with healthcare professionals on complex therapeutic solutions.
- Demonstrated success in managing hospital accounts, tenders, and long sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to independently manage a territory and deliver against ambitious targets.
- Strong commercial acumen combined with a patient-centric approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
