Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager, based in Singaraja. The primary responsibilities include managing and leading the sales team, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with customers. This role involves conducting sales training, monitoring team performance, ensuring effective customer service delivery, and implementing sales strategies to drive growth in the region.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management to drive target achievement and oversee team performance.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build rapport, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in Training and coaching sales teams to develop their skills and achieve goals.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset with effective leadership and organizational capabilities.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Singaraja and travel as needed within the assigned territory.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial or retail sector, is a plus.
