Job Description

Job Purpose:

To support the sales team in achieving revenue targets and expanding market presence within a designated territory. This role focuses on developing foundational sales skills, understanding customer needs, and contributing to the overall sales strategy by identifying new opportunities and maintaining client relationships under supervision. The Junior Territory Sales will play a crucial role in market penetration and customer acquisition efforts, ensuring sustainable growth for the company.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and potential customer segments within the assigned territory to identify new business opportunities and inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports for prospective and existing clients, ensuring all documentation is accurate and aligned with company standards.
  • Measure the effectiveness of sales activities and campaigns by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
  • Assess customer requirements and pain points through initial interactions and data analysis to recommend appropriate products or services that meet their specific needs.
  • Create and maintain a database of leads and customer interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and contributing to a robust sales pipeline.
