Lead and drive sales network team including agents and team leaders to achieve the best targetSet and develop action plan and execute sales strategy in the respective areaNegotiate with partners to implement potential activitiesSchedule regular visit to all types of partners and understand partners business to identify potential to maximize results.Exhibiting leadership by sharing best practice across districts.
Requirements
Min 7 years of experience in Sales and Marketing (preferred from Multi finance, Mobile phone, Electronic or Banking Sector)Proven leadership by leading min. 200 - 500 team membersStrong market understanding in specific areaStrong partnership and leadership skillWilling to work at Banjarmasin with high mobility within the city
